We gladly accept exchanges for items that are new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original garment tags attached. Exchanges must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date and accompanied by the original receipt.

 

We do not offer returns. Only exchanges are accepted. For assistance, please contact us via Facebook or call us at +94 742 541 772.

 

Need a different size? We’re happy to exchange it for you, provided the item is in stock and within the 7-day exchange period.

 

Once confirmed, we will either send the replacement item to your address or arrange an exchange at our pick-up point in Pannipitiya after confirmation.

 

A delivery charge will apply for all exchanges. The cost will vary depending on your location.

 

Exchanges may take 3 to 7 working days to complete, depending on your location and the availability of the requested item.

 

Please note that sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

 

If the new item is priced lower than the original, no refunds will be given for the difference. You may select an item of equal or higher value and pay the balance, if any.

 

Refunds:

1 There will be no cash refunds and we do not accept returns. Please note that if the item is in the original condition you may exchange it to a different item of your choice to the same value or more. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

1.Easy Exchanges

If your item isn’t quite right, don’t worry — we accept exchanges within 14 days of shipment. Just make sure the item is unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

2.Exchange Only

We don’t offer refunds, but you’re welcome to swap your item for a different size or style that suits you better. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
